Faith Chevannes is an award-winning Cornish printmaker whose work captures fleeting moments and precious glimpses of our fragile natural world.
Specialising in drypoint intaglio, Faith draws directly onto plates to produce prints characterised by their signature velvety burr lines. She won the Baxters showcase award at the Bovey Craft Festival in 2026.

Artist Bio: Faith Chevannes
Faith's recent practice is deeply rooted in wildlife conservation, focusing on the plight of endangered and extinct species. By documenting these subjects, she aims to provoke reflection on human impact and inspire a collective responsibility toward protecting our biodiversity.
Based in Launceston, North Cornwall, Faith studied at Falmouth School of Art and De Montfort University. Her work has gained significant national recognition, featuring in the Royal Academy (RA) Summer Exhibition (2019, 2022, 2023, 2025, 2026), The Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair and the Royal West Academy (RWA).
