If you are not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind please let us know within 5 days of receipt by emailing us at email@example.com The cost of return must be paid by yourself unless the item was received damaged or faulty when of course we will bear the cost.
Any loss of or damage to the goods during return will be your responsibility so we suggest you obtain a proof of posting if using the Post Office. Your account will be refunded within 3 days of receipt at the gallery. Please send the items in their original packaging and unused with the order number and your contact details.
Like other jewellery retailers we do not refund earrings.
If your item is received damaged you must sign for it as received damaged on the courier’s screen. Without this we cannot claim for any compensation. You must also notify us at the gallery on receipt in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken. We will endeavour to get you a replacement but as we sell mostly one-off pieces it may not be identical. We would give you a choice of substitutes or a refund.
