Collection: Sophie Howard

Sophie makes ceramic, resin and bronze sculpture, translating thoughts into solid forms that express something magic.   Amongst her subjects are the nude, animals and dance. Sophie also designs for garden ornament companies and has made Buddhas and birdbaths, owls and obelisks. 

Born in Dorset, she grew up in Yorkshire and trained at Winchester Art School before moving to London. She returned to live in Bristol where she sculpts and teaches still.
