Clover Robin is a collage artist, crafter and designer. She creates tactile artwork created by hand, using a mixture of cut paper collage, painting, printing and hand drawing. Clover studied Surface Pattern Design at Leeds College of Art and Design before completing a Masters in Textile Futures at Central Saint Martins in 2009. She now lives and works by the sea in Devon.
Clover likes to work on all sorts of projects not just illustration, but artwork for fashion, interiors, branding and editorial too. She wants her work to carry across lots of different projects and keep her practice as multidisciplinary as possible. Her clients include: Paul Smith, The National Trust, Little Tiger Books, Bloomsbury Publishing, Macmillan Publishing, Canns Down Press and Le Monde newspaper.
She has always been heavily inspired by nature and the natural world and is never happier than when she’s got a sketchbook, a bag full of snipping and a beautiful big view in front of her.
Clover’s work is in big demand and she doesn’t normally exhibit in galleries. We are more than chuffed that she is showing her work at Baxters.
