I have admired Katherine's work for a while her almost Medieval looking pieces are worth spending time with. The more you look, the more you begin to question, and that’s where the fun begins.

Artist Bio: Katherine Kingdon
Whether it’s vessels or figures, Katherine Kingdon’s work is all about character and storytelling. She hand builds with an off-white stoneware clay and aims for a looseness of style which celebrates the nature of the material and exposes something of the techniques used.
She has a BA in 3D design (Ceramics and Glass - Leicester Polytechnic), an MA in Applied Art and Visual Culture (London Guildhall University) and an Art PGCE (Westminster College, Oxford).
